Approaching

Its weird when i start to feel the same feelings I had last year. This exact time was when i was getting ready to be married in a month. All the crazy parts of planning were in play, and all the new stresses in life were starting to reveal themselves. I cant believe how fast this first year we have been together has gone. I remember looking in the mirror and saying out loud to myself, "your getting married today". I remember all the feelings I had at that moment, and everything I was so excited for us to experience in our life together. I loved dating Steve, and I love being married to him even more.

When he first asked me to marry him I remember going inside and wanting to tell my parents but my mom wasnt home! I called her and called her and she would not answer the phone. I ran in and showed my dad and finally got ahold of my mom. She was like "send me a picture of the ring right now!!". Funny how cell phones are such a big part in life right now. What would we do without them? I was running around my front yard like a maniac calling everyone I knew. "IM MARRYING STEVE WINWARD".

And im proud to say that I love being Mrs. Natalie Winward.

We have come so far together and have learned so much. Life is so much harder than you think it is growing up. I always thought money grew on trees and always hated having to sacrifice never having nice things. I am so thankful for having to learn that growing up. Im able to understand it more now, and learning more everyday.
Steve is so amazing how he handles the money. He figures out what we need to save, and what we can spend. I dont know what I would do without him. He is so smart.

New Car

Steve and I decided it was time to get a new car. Its been too hard just having one. We have been so blessed along our journey into finding the perfect car for us. The deal we got was amazing! Now we have a great car to take on trips and not have to worry about how many miles we are putting on it.

Thousands of dollars later...it is now officially ours!

Better Late than Never!

Its amazing how fast time goes by. Its been about 3 months since our last post! Not too much has happened. But a couple of fun things! Steve and I enjoyed our Valentines day a whole bunch! We each got each other little gifts and then went out an bought new phones! It sure will be a valentines day we both remember :) Work has gotten better for us. I finally got another raise at work which will  help out a ton! And Steve should be getting his next week! He has worked so hard. Right now we are basically focused on getting a new car. Its just so hard with one, and that poor thing is getting too many miles put on it! So we are excited to start hunting again. We've considered moving these past few weeks and have decided to stay where we are so the next couple months and try to move out before winter comes again. Lets just hope the spiders dont get to us by then! My birthday is coming up next weekend and its crazy to be celebrating another birthday. Soon Steve and i will be celebrating our one year very soon. We are both very excited for summer and being able to have fun in this warm weather we have been having. I will try to keep up with this and not have another 3 month later post!

Movie night

I am starting to realize I cant leave food unattended! I cant leave anything in the oven without messing it up. Last time I cooked biscuits they were under cooked. This time they were over cooked!

Christmas, New years, and now january!

Steve and I have been so busy with the holidays I havent had any time to write!! Christmas was amazing. It was so fun being able to have our first Christmas as a married couple. Last year was great too, still dating and everything. We had the oppurtunity to go to St George and Las Vegas for new years this past weekend. We had a great time. I had never been to Las Vegas before so it was awesome being able to see everything.

Halloween!

Halloween was great! We were able to attend our friends party and then play laser tag! Who knew playing in your costumes could be so much fun! We had a great time. Steve and I were able to go to the Temple yesturday and it was wonderful being back again!

 I felt myself getting so emotional when we were almost there, remembering how excited I was to get married! A few more weeks and we'll have been married for 5 months! How incredible is that!

2 Sundays ago We finally got a calling! Weve been waiting and waiting and the day finally arrived! Primary it is! We should find out the remaining details on sunday. Steve and I are really excited.

As you may have noticed, we have an addition to our car! A cute little orange bear in our front window. Steve won him in a crane game. Im very proud so we intend to show it off!

So its officially not summer anymore! Who knew it would've gone by so fast. Its already almost Halloween! Steve and I finally figured out what were going to dress up as! Were both really excited. The only thing were not happy with is the cold! Its going to take me a lot longer to get used to it snowing already this year! I had fun listening to Christmas songs in the car today! Im excited for Steve and I to spend our first Christmas together being married.

So many fun things!

 So much has happened since I last wrote. Steve and I celebrated our 3 month Last week! It was super exciting.

Steve and I enjoyed a homework assignment for one of his classes together a couple of nights ago. We put food coloring on his tongue and a sticker to measure how many taste buds were in the center of the sticker. I ended up making a mess and getting it all over my fingers and way to much in his mouth. We were both colored blue for awhile!

Last night We went with a couple of our friends to a Haunted House in Salt Lake! We had a great time. Afterwards we went to Sonic and Steve and I got hotdogs and a big green apple slushie! It was so fun.
