Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur.

Highlight of my month a couple days ago. I was leaving a friends house and there kitten somehow snuck inside my car. I was driving down the freeway and almost had a heart attack when it decided to show himself at my feet and scare me half to death. It was late so the kitten was stuck with me for the night! I was so worried cause I knew Steve would kill me when he saw it :) I hid behind our bedroom door when he walked upstairs and I peaked around the corner and told him not to be mad! Then he walked into our room and saw it. I knew right then that he thought it was cute too!

The kitten was an absolute angel the whole night and slept in between us without ever making a sound. It was so much fun having a little heartbeat in our home. Loved the feeling that it brought that night. I hardly slept because I was so afraid I would roll over on it or it would get up and get into something! Such a fun experience. I was sad to give him back, and I know Steve fell in love too. Even tho he will never admit it :)

Boondocks Date Night

Had a great night at Boondocks the other night! We always love trying to get as much tickets as possible and seeing what prizes we can get with them. Steve figured out the math the other night on how much we actually end up spending and it made us both laugh. We always have such a great time whenever we go there. We ended up spending most of our money on the giant claw machine because Steve is just so good at it! We both get to into it and i swear thats the only thing we go for. We both just love winning. And when we loose, its a sad day. We ended up getting a cute blue monkey with our tickets and Im so happy. He knows I love monkeys so much.

Long Time No See

First off, i have to apologize for how long it has been since I have updated this! Life has been so busy lately and its time to get everyone caught up. Steve and I celebrated our second year being married about 2 months ago. This year has flown by even faster than the last!

Steve has been moving along with work and recently got promoted to being a 4th manager at In and Out! I am so proud of him. Its been a hard road these past couple of months having him gone for training, but its all paid off. He works so hard and continues to be such an inspiration to me every day. I got to attend his graduation from classes along with his parents a couple weeks back. That was amazing being able to see all the hard work he had been putting in and being able to learn more about where life is taking us at this point.

I feel like having Steve gone has been a major test for me. I had been in a rough place not having him around as much, and it was really hard to know what to do with myself. Its so scary how fast everything can change when you loose the spirit within you. I felt so lost and was always so afraid. I am so amazed being able to see first hand how powerful the spirit is, and the wonders that it has done for me as a person. I am so grateful for everything that I have, for everyone that I have in my life. Steve is the most patient and understanding, wonderful, caring, and thoughtful person. I have always known that my Heavenly Father has loved me. I am so grateful for being able to feel his love through every struggle that I have gone through in my life. Steve and I have been so blessed in our lives together, and I look forward to everything left there will be to experience.

We are still loving our apartment here in Kaysville, and our ward is amazing. I love how friendly and involved everyone continues to be. I am still working 2 jobs, and love both of them so much. Mine and Steves schedule has matched up alot more lately and it has been so nice being able to spend time together again and do fun things. We've both gotten sick recently so thats been tough, but thankfully we both havent ever gotten super super sick yet. We both dont do well when the Doctors gets mentioned :)
